• TRADITIONAL USES:
  

  - Lavender is one of the most versatile essential oils and no home should be without it. It is appreciated for its balancing, calming, and soothing and healing properties. It has excellent cleansing and purifying properties, which work hard to clean, purify and protect you and your home.

  - Widely used as a toilet water and is one of the most common ingredients in potpourris and sachets.

  THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES:

  Integumentary - Beneficial for conditions involving inflammation such as acne, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, boils and wounds. Useful for the treatment of sunburn and sunstroke.

  Musculoskeletal - Beneficial for the relief of muscular aches and pains, rheumatism, sciatica and arthritis.

  Nervous - Recommended for treatment of insomnia, migraines and headaches

  Reproductive - Valuable for relieving premenstrual tension and menstrual pain. Helps to reduce maternal anxiety, for pain relief and to lighten the mood during childbirth.

  Respiratory - Recommended for the treatment of colds and flu, bronchitis, asthma, throat infections and catarrhal conditions

  Skincare - Can be used for all skin types, as an insect repellent and may also be used to treat insect bites

• IN A AROMA DIFFUSER / HUMIDIFIER / NEBULISER
  

  Add 30 to 40 drops (1.5 – 2ml) or as suggested by the manufacturer.

  IN AN OIL BURNER

  Add 5 to 10 drops (0.2 to 0.5ml) to warm water in the lid of a burner. Light a tealight candle and place in the hearth of the burner. The heat will allow the scent to diffuse and fill the room of about 10 to 20 m2.

  IN A MASSAGE

  Add 3 to 5 drops (0.2ml) to 15 ~ 30ml of a carrier oil. Massage deeply into muscle.

  
  

• STORAGE

  Always store in dark glass bottle and in a cool and dark place away from heat and sunlight.

  Do not use a plastic container.
