• Traditional Uses:

  - used in Ayurvedic medicine to alleviate thirst, heat-stroke, fever and headaches

  - used extensively in perfumery as a fixative and as an odour contributor in bases such as fougere, chypre, oriental, moss and wood bases and modern woody-aldehydic bases

  THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES:

  Musculoskeletal - used for arthritis, rheumatism and muscular pain

  Nervous- beneficial for people experiencing stress, anxiety, insomnia or depression. It is also recommended for physical, mental and emotional burnout which results from total exhaustion.

  Reproductive - helps to regulate hormonal secretions of oestrogen and progesterone. It reduces the symptoms of hot flushes during menopause

  Skincare - beneficial for weak, loose or simple fatigue skin

• IN A AROMA DIFFUSER / HUMIDIFIER / NEBULISER

  Add 30 to 40 drops (1.5 – 2ml) or as suggested by the manufacturer.

  IN AN OIL BURNER

  Add 5 to 10 drops (0.2 to 0.5ml) to warm water in the lid of a burner. Light a tealight candle and place in the hearth of the burner. The heat will allow the scent to diffuse and fill the room of about 10 to 20 m2.

  IN A MASSAGE

  Add 3 to 5 drops (0.2ml) to 15 ~ 30ml of a carrier oil. Massage deeply into muscle.

  
  

• STORAGE

  Always store in dark glass bottle and in a cool and dark place away from heat and sunlight.

  Do not use a plastic container.

  SAFETY

  Non-toxic and non-irritating, may be sensitising to some individuals. Do not use in excess.

  CAUTION

  Always dilute with carrier oil before applying on skin

  Perform a patch test to observe allergic reactions before use.

  Keep out of reach from children and pets.

  Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest.

  Avoid touching on lacquer or painted surfaces.
