• TRADITIONAL USES:
  

  - The dried peel had been used for centuries in China to treat coughs, colds and anorexia
  

  - extensively used in food flavouring

  THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES:

  Children's remedy - can be used to help children sleep and to alleviate tummy upsets

  Digestive - excellent for treating constipation, flatulence and irritable bowel

  Lymphatic - stimulate lymph fluids which assists in treating swollen tissue

  Nervous - recommended in the treatment of anxiety, nervousness and insomnia

  Skincare - beneficial for soothing dry, irritated or acne-prone skin, can be also used to treat aging skin and rough or calloused skin

• IN A AROMA DIFFUSER / HUMIDIFIER / NEBULISER
  

  Add 30 to 40 drops (1.5 – 2ml) or as suggested by the manufacturer.

  IN AN OIL BURNER

  Add 5 to 10 drops (0.2 to 0.5ml) to warm water in the lid of a burner. Light a tealight candle and place in the hearth of the burner. The heat will allow the scent to diffuse and fill the room of about 10 to 20 m2.

  IN A MASSAGE

  Add 3 to 5 drops (0.2ml) to 15 ~ 30ml of a carrier oil. Massage deeply into muscle.

  Always store in dark glass bottle and in a cool and dark place away from heat and sunlight.

  Do not use a plastic container.
