    - Peppermint essential oil is wonderful for purifying as it will remove dirt, grime and more. When added to household solutions, its uplifting scent will leave your home smelling fresh and clean.

    - extensively used in food flavouring, as a fragrance component in toothpastes, mouth-washes, soaps, detergents and perfumes

    THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES:

    Analgesic - used in liniments for the relief of muscle pain, lumbago, bruises and contusions, joint pain and insect bites. It is also recommended for myalgia and neuralgia.

    Digestive- relieves dyspepsia, nausea, stomach pains, diarrhoea and flatulence

    Lymphatic - increases blood flow to the spleen, stimulating the regenerative activity of the spleen in the development of new blood corpuscles

    Nervous - beneficial for people who are unable to concentrate or who have mental fatique

    Respiratory - beneficial for colds and influenza associated with fever and headaches, for sinus congestion, infection or inflammation

    Skincare - used to relieve any kind of skin irritation or itching but it should be used in dilution of 1% or less
