• TRADITIONAL USES:
  

  - Lemon essential oil is widely known for its potent properties and powerful aromatics. Lemon has cleansing and purifying properties, and also helps promote health and energy. Its invigorating aroma will freshen and energize and is also wonderful at breaking up dirt and grime to get things as clean as possible.

  - Extensively used in pharmaceuticals as a flavouring agent and as a fragrance ingredient in soaps, detergents and perfumes

  THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES:

  Circulatory - It is an excellent tonic for the circulatory ststem, reducing blood vicosity and helping to break up plaque depots in the arteries, reducing cholesterol.

  Immune - Useful for treating the symptoms of colds, flu, bronchitis and asthma. It also fights off invading bacteria by stimulating the production of white blood cells.

  Lymphatic - Used as a mild detoxifier and is very useful for the treatment of toxamia or for cellulite.

  Nervous - Helps to clear the mind very effectively and to aid in the decision-making process without over-stimulating the mind

  Skincare - Especially useful for teenage problem skins as it counteracts over-production of sebum. It tones aging skin, treats acne, boils warts and verrucae.

• IN A AROMA DIFFUSER / HUMIDIFIER / NEBULISER
  

  Add 30 to 40 drops (1.5 – 2ml) or as suggested by the manufacturer.

  IN AN OIL BURNER

  Add 5 to 10 drops (0.2 to 0.5ml) to warm water in the lid of a burner. Light a tealight candle and place in the hearth of the burner. The heat will allow the scent to diffuse and fill the room of about 10 to 20 m2.

  IN A MASSAGE

  Add 3 to 5 drops (0.2ml) to 15 ~ 30ml of a carrier oil. Massage deeply into muscle.

  
  

• STORAGE

  Always store in dark glass bottle and in a cool and dark place away from heat and sunlight.

  Do not use a plastic container.

  SAFETY

  Non-toxic and non-irritating. Sensitisation can occur in some people and should not be used on the skin prior to sun exposure as it is phototoxic.

  CAUTION
  

  Always dilute with carrier oil before applying on skin

  Perform a patch test to observe allergic reactions before use.

  Keep out of reach from children and pets.

  Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest.

  Avoid touching on lacquer or painted surfaces.
