Atlas Cedarwood is a yellowish to orange-yellow or deep amber-coloured oil. It has a rich, warm and woody aroma.

TRADITIONAL USES:
Atlas cedarwood was believed to used by the ancient Egyptians for embalming purposes, cosmetics and perfumery.
It was mentioned many times in Bible. according to Song of Solomon, cedarwood was used to build Solomon's temple.
Cedarwood symbolised abundance, fertility and spiritual strength.
THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES:
Hair - for treatment of alopecia areata, hair fall out in patches, strengthen hair growth and alleviate dandruff.
Lymphatic - reputed to encourage lymphatic drainage and stimulate the breakdown of accumulated fats.
Nervous - reduce stress, anxiety and tension
Respiratory - excellent mucolytic effect and may be used for cough and chronic bronchitis.
Urinary - cleansing and purifying, relieve urinary tract infections.
Skincare - improve oily and acne skin.
IN A AROMA DIFFUSER / HUMIDIFIER / NEBULISER
Add 30 to 40 drops (1.5 – 2ml) or as suggested by the manufacturer.
IN AN OIL BURNER
Add 5 to 10 drops (0.2 to 0.5ml) to warm water in the lid of a burner. Light a tealight candle and place in the hearth of the burner. The heat will allow the scent to diffuse and fill the room of about 10 to 20 m2.
IN A MASSAGE
Add 3 to 5 drops (0.2ml) to 15 ~ 30ml of a carrier oil. Massage deeply into muscle.
STORAGE
Always store in dark glass bottle and in a cool and dark place away from heat and sunlight.
Do not use a plastic container.
